Clients can avail from us Primary Frames, which form the rigid frames of the building and are extensively used in industrial and commercial buildings constructions. We manufacture these frames using highest grade raw material, which is sourced in from trusted suppliers of the market. These frames are usually tapered and often encompass flange and web of varied thickness along the individual members. We can offer primary framing systems in both symmetrical and asymmetrical at the ridge line. Besides, multi span framing systems with differing width modules can also be demanded by the patrons.

Secondary Framing Systems offered by us are constructed from quality raw material, which are offered to the clients at pocket friendly prices. These systems consist of elements such as purlins, girts, eave struts, bracing and other miscellaneous structural parts, which support the roof wall sheeting. This provides an effective distribution of load and subsequent stress to the primary frames to provide stability to the building. Our experts stringently quality test all the products after erection, to assure compliance with safety parameters of the industry.

Sag rods are used to provide lateral support for the purlins (to prevent sag in direction parallel to a sloping roof due to vertical applied loads).
They are designed to support the component of roof loads parallel to the roof.
Each segment between purlins is assumed to support everything below it; thus the top rod is designed for the load on the roof area tributary to the rod, from the heel of the truss to the peak.
Tie/ Brace Rods

The steel rod bracing we use does not stretch or sag like wire rope and cable, which over time compromises the structural and roof integrity of your building.

Hillside washers are used to evenly distribute load in cross bracing applications. Diagonal tie rods or cable assemblies with welded eye bolts are frequently used to support wall columns and steel beams in metal building construction. The outer curved surface allows for a nut be tightened at a variety of angles. This helps to reduce installation time and field adjustments. Turnbuckles and clevises are other components commonly used on steel structures
